SilverSneakers provides physical activity, health education, and social events. By partnering with the community center eligible, SivlerSneakers members receive access to a variety of amenities such as fitness equipment, treadmills and free weights, and the signature SilverSneakers class, which are designed exclusively for older adults and taught by certified instructors.
